Spring Mini Retreat with Dee and Jess

A day to hit pause, slow down, check in & relax…..

Your morning will start with a super healthy & zingy ginger shot.

Jess will then guide you through her lovely stretch yoga session to help you check in for the day. You will finish the morning session with a gorgeous pressure point massage & meditation to allow you to fully relax.

We will then walk down to the beautiful Vibe Cafe for a light lunch of delicious homemade soup & hot drink.

The afternoon will start with a Spring themed Yin sequence to balance the Wood Element, focusing on poses to stimulate the liver & gallbladder meridians, perfect to prepare the body & mind for this change of the seasons.

The final part of the day will be a 30 minute Yoga Nidra (sleep yoga) practise. Hot stones will be placed on the chest for the ultimate relaxation.

We will finish with a soothing herbal tea & sweet treat.

Our aim is that you leave feeling stretched & relaxed, ready to embrace the brighter days spring.
