Pink Full Moon

Full Price: £25

Our monthly Full Moon Yin and Sound sessions are the perfect way to unravel, to relax & unwind. Yin Yoga and Sound Healing are two different class types that we have combined into one blissful experience.

The Pink Moon

Where does the name come from?

The Pink Moon gets its name from the colour of flowers that spring up at this time of year. Specifically, Native American groups are thought to have named it after the moss-pink wildflower which blooms in shades of dusty pink.

What is special about the Pink Moon?

It is believed to represent rebirth, growth, and renewal, marking the beginning of spring in the northern hemisphere. The pink colour of the moon is said to symbolise love, compassion, and emotional healing, and represents a time to focus on cultivating positive energy in your life and intimate relationships.

What is Yin and Sound?

In the first part of the class you’ll be guided by Dee into deep Yin stretches to increase flexibility and mobility whilst training the mind and body to surrender to the present moment.

During the sound healing experience with Amy, she’ll aim to relax the mind and body using a variety of instruments such as crystal singing bowls, brass bowls, gongs and chimes.

Benefits of practising Yin yoga

  • Increases circulation amd revitalises the tissues of the body

Benefits of sound healing
