If you have enough space, we can roll out yoga mats in your office or other workplace. We can deliver shorter lunchtime classes, or longer more in-depth workshops tailored to the needs of your workforce.

If you have limited space for yoga mats, we offer a unique class using the table & chairs in your meeting room. This class is a great way to stretch during the lunch break & is incredibly time efficient for busy people.
