Flow Yoga
Move with your breath. Build strength. Feel energised.
Flow yoga classes on the Isle of Man
If you're looking for a yoga class that's a little more active, Flow yoga offers the perfect balance of movement, strength and mindfulness.
Each class links breath with movement in a flowing sequence of postures, helping you build strength, improve flexibility and leave feeling energised, refreshed and more connected to your body.
Although it's a little more active than our other classes, there's no pressure to keep up or achieve perfect poses. Options are always offered, making Flow yoga suitable for all levels, including beginners.

What is Flow yoga?
Flow yoga is a more active style of yoga where movement is linked with the breath, creating a continuous sequence of postures that gently builds strength, balance and flexibility.
Each class flows from one pose to the next, encouraging you to move mindfully while developing body awareness and coordination. As well as being physically rewarding, the steady rhythm of breath and movement can also help quiet a busy mind, making the practice feel both energising and grounding.
At SPACE Yoga, we take a functional approach, recognising that every body is different. Rather than aiming for perfect-looking poses, you'll be encouraged to choose the options and variations that work best for your unique body, allowing you to practise with confidence and ease.
Whether you're new to yoga or have been practising for years, Flow yoga offers a welcoming space to move, breathe and enjoy the simple pleasure of being present.
